Why didn't I try this sooner?
This charming gem provided a fantastic stay! The location was ideal, close to major attractions, and the helpful staff exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having kitchen facilities during my trip. Whether with family or friends, I'd highly recommend this place!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room with Private External Bathroom. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. The common area was cozy and had all the essentials for a quick recharge after exploring. The room was clean, and the staff was super accommodating!

Amazing location near major attractions and sights.
The bathroom being external made it very inconvenient. We were on the first floor, but carrying our luggage up any stairs was tough. The queen bed was uncomfortable since it came from two twin beds pushed together.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions like the Duomo and the Arno River. The room was clean and had a good air conditioning unit that kept us comfortable. The staff made check-in easy by messaging me the day before with simple directions. I enjoyed the cozy common area that offered a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring. However, the bathroom being external was a bit inconvenient, as it required walking through a public area. There were instances of no fresh towels provided daily, and during my stay, coffee wasn’t available for a couple of days, which was disappointing for a B&B. Despite these issues, the value for the price made this a decent option for a city holiday.

The lack of a full-time reception can be inconvenient, especially if you need assistance or have questions outside of check-in hours.

A balance of wins and fails
The location is unparalleled—within walking distance of major attractions! Plus, the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. A cozy common area provides a nice spot to unwind.
Yet, be aware that the bathrooms are external, which can feel somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the absence of breakfast is a noteworthy disappointment.

It was just a great match for a city holiday in Florence with good value for the price. I loved how easy it was to get to the train station and all the main attractions on foot. Make sure to enjoy the cozy common area for a little downtime after exploring.

The location provided easy access to tourist attractions and dining options, making it a great base for exploring. A comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen contributed to a pleasant stay. However, the bathroom situation was a bit inconvenient, and the absence of a microwave limited some cooking options. While breakfast included fresh fruit and yogurt, having more varied options could enhance the experience.

Had a great time with friends at this lovely place! The triple room was spacious, perfect for our group. Super close to the Duomo and the Arno River. We enjoyed the cozy common area with a coffee machine, and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. It felt homey and offered a good value for what we paid.
One downside was that there wasn't full-time reception, so if we needed help after check-in hours, it could be tricky to get assistance.
